Clari-Float

Dissolved air flotation is the foundation of many wastewater treatment systems in the food processing, manufacturing, transportation, electronics, pulp and paper and many other industries, DAF clarification provides high performance at loading rates not achievable with  gravity clarification, minimizing the space required for treatment.  Municipalities use DAF for thickening of process sludges before digestion or disposal. Tenco Hydro Clari-Float systems are the result of over 30 years of experience in the application, design and supply of dissolved air flotation systems for municipalities and industry. Flow rates up to 1500 gpm can be handled in a single, factory pre-assembled DAF cell.  Larger flows can be treated using multiple cells or in DAF units assembled on site.Each system is designed to suit the specific requirements of application.

Clari-Float systems can be as simple as a single DAF cell or as complex as a treatment system where multiple process steps include dissolved air flotation.  Pre-assembled systems often include reaction tanks, mixers, chemical metering pumps, monitoring instruments and process controls.  Lift pumps, feed pumps, air compressor, flow control and measurement devices, sludge dewatering equipment can also be included.  Systems are assembled, piped and wired to the extent possible at the factory to minimize installation time and expense while providing a high quality assembly.

Tenco Hydro DAF units are available in rectangular and circular designs.  Pre-assembled designs can be manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel.  Field assembled units can also be provided for concrete tanks.
